a life without KFC

after hang out with Chua in this few weeks
it's actually increase my health knowledge
now only i know taking fast food is really bad for our health
unfortunately
KFC is my favorite fast food
its the only fast food that i like
it's been a month i didn't take KFC
i really missed the crunchy chicken skin
and the red hot chili sauce
until today i didn't take KFC anymore
because after the gym that i did
i don't want to wasted the effort I've putted
i don't know how long i can stand
but i wish i can hold to my oath

Saturday

last saturday
i am so happy as i am going to clubbing at night
went to work all dressed up ready for the night
the most upsetting part when i reached work
Adrian wasn't dressed up for clubbing
Nono wasn't feeling well
so plans off
SO UPSET
i decided not to work
so i went home
when i was leaving the office
i was thinking my salary/day noway
if I'm not working
went for lunch finally Adrian agreed to go
wow so happy
the best part yet to come
N3 was having open house-FREE LUNCH
yeah
isn't that wonderful all
good things came at once
time flies
it is already 5pm
another few hours
I'll be off duty
time for clubbing
around 5.30pm
I've received a call from my roommate
he isn't feeling well and ask me send him to clinic
when i reached home
he seems to be ok
went to clinic and bought him porridge
after that we went and collect his car
he was upset that they did not fixed the car as he wants it to be
all in the suddenly he was fridgeting
i was supprise to saw him in the condition
so i send him back to the same clinic
i park my car in the middle of the road
so nervous
so the doctor asked me to send him to General Hospital
i drove real fast with double signal and honking
reached there safe
send him to the Emergency
i took ages for the doctor to attend to him
even we have a letter from the doctor
i start to scream
shout and yell at the staff
his condition was getting worse
i massage him and trying to easy his pain
finally the doctor attend to him
he was admitted for a few hours
the phone can't stop ringing attending to his family and friends
when everything was settled
it was such a big relief
what a day suppose to be a nice Saturday night clubbing
turn up to be the most exciting day

sky bridge

went to sky bridge yesterday with Chua,Kim,Wendy and Weng
it wasn't that high i expect to be
but very nice view
